Nikos was born in Athens, studied music and mathematics and has released albums, singles and compilations under the general electronic / idm music genre, all over the world for more than two decades.
His tracks have been included in more than 100 international compilations. He has written and produced music for theatrical performances, films, radio stations, musical themes for ceremonies and international events, including 4 musical themes for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004, with the London Philharmonic Orchestra, under the music direction of Giorgos Koumentakis. He has collaborated with Paul McCartney, Lenny Cravitz, and dozens of musicians and producers from Europe and the United States.
As a Dj he has contributed to the development of Greek club culture, playing as a resident in the biggest clubs of the country (Factory, X-Club, + SODA, Cavo Paradiso & Mad Club in Mykonos, etc.) with hundreds of guest appearances in clubs throughout Greece, with sets at the legendary Heaven Club and HQ in London, organizing events with the participation of famous DJs and teams from all over the world, and maintaining a special vinyl shop in Athens, called ‘Liquid Vinyl’.
He is a co-founder of the DOC TV project, which includes the cultural web-tv-mag www.doctv.gr, the online music radio www.radiodoc.gr, which Mixcloud sets in 14th place of its world ranking in 2017, and the production company DOC TV Specials, with which he has produced image and sound for major international and Greek organizations and companies. He has directed more than 600 presentational films, short documentaries and video clips. As a visual artist and photographer he has participated in many group exhibitions, and in 2008 he made his first personal photography exhibition with the support of Kodak. In 2018 he directed and produced the visuals for the historical reunion live of iconic band Stereo Nova at Stauros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre.
His 6th personal album will be released by the end of 2018.
