I was born in Athens, Greece. The last 16 years I work as a professional music journalist and a writer with experience across music magazines, online publications and daily newspapers. I have worked as co-chief editor in Pop+Rock Magazine which was the biggest selling music magazine in Greece (it shut down in 2012). I have also worked as a broadcaster and production assistant in radio stations in Athens and Heraklion City and I hosted my own radio show “The Sound of the City” at Kokkino Radio 88.4 FM. I am the co-author of three books about music (“Hip-Hop: Code of the Streets”, “The Music Bible of the 70s” and “The Music Bible of the 90s”). I am currently Editor in www.europavox.com and Greek Partner of Europavox, the pan European collaborative music project dedicated to the promotion of European cultural diversity. Each year we produce festivals and music events in 7 countries, run the first online magazine boosting the visibility of European acts and boost the international development of bands with high potential to break their borders.
