Andreas Mitrelis

Andreas Mitrelis was born in Patras, Greece in 1977 and by a young age begins to collect records.

Obsessed with music and radio, he set up his first pirate radio station by the age of 14 after watching the movie “Pump Up the Volume” and by the age of 18 and for the next 5 years he was on the rotation of Max FM radio station, before beginning his collaboration with Mojo Radio at the early 00’s, hosting a daily show for 12 consecutive years.

During this period, he started booking Greek and International artists for concerts in Patras, and participated in the launch and acted as curator of local music festivals (Manifest, Music on Board).

Between 2008–2011, he worked as Promo Manager at Inner Ear records while managing most of the label’s artist’s roster at that time. From 2012 to 2013, he undertook the roles of Art Director and Stage Manager of Up Festival (Koufonisia).

In 2019, he launched the independent label Veego Records, with the aim to release albums that he wanted to have in his record collection and that he would recommend without hesitation to his friends.

He has studied Music Production and mixing at Point Blank music studios in London, while djing on private music clubs and fashion shows by the name “Dr. VibeRator”. He has been sharing his music passion, as a regular and guest DJ in various bars and clubs throughout the country for the past 20 years.

Last but not least, as one of the most dedicated Bruce Springsteen fans in the world, he is one the founders of “No Surrender”, Boss’s community of Greek fans.
