Have been working in the music industry since the late 70´s. In the 70´s and 80´s as a promotor for different clubs an venues. 1987 started a record shop wich became one of the most influential in the country mainly because of the interest in the root music scene. The shop closed down in 2016 because of the sales drop since 2004.

In 2004 when the record sales went down, mainly because of the download from internet ( Sweden is the home of both Pirate Bay and Spotify ). I started to think what to do next??? There was a gap on the festival scene so in 2010 I started a festival for upcoming bands, a kind of showcase festival (www.liveatheart.se).  In the beginning mainly for local bands, but the festival started to grow quickly and got international interest. Now it holds around 200-230 bands from all continents playing in 20 plus arenas in the city center,

I also started a folk festival which takes place inside a hotel in the winter time (www.folkatheart.se).  A smaller project that holds around 100 bands playing acoustic inside the hotel during 2 days and nights.
